There will be no on-site registration counter on the day of the conference. If you cannot confirm your pre-registration on the day, please access the registration page on the website from your tablet, smartphone or laptop, and complete your participation registration.

Please also register and pay on the day of the event using your own PC or tablet.

The receipt can be downloaded from the menu page after completing the online payment procedure.
・Name tags will be provided only to attendees who have checked in at the venue. After your check-in, the certificate will be available for download from your account page.
・Pre-registration participants only can join the reception.
・If you have lost your conference attendance certificate, please download it from your account page after the conference.
・You can also issue separate receipts for the reception fee and the conference registration fee on your account page.
For unregistered participants
・After the registration, you will receive an unnamed empty card at the registration counter. Please sign your name on the name card by yourself.
・The conference abstracts to be distributed to registered participants may run out due to the number of participants. In that case, please check the registration page sent from our online registration system for abstract book. We will not deliver the abstract book after the conference. Therefore, registering in advance is highly recommended.

Certificate of participation
A digital Certificate of Participation can be downloaded from your account page exclusively for attendees who have checked in at the event venue.
Please be sure to download your certificate of attendance from the registration system between Thursday, September 25, and Thursday, October 9. Please note that the certificate will not be available for download after this period.
